The next International Congress on Registration Law will be held on the 18^th, 19^th and 20^th September 2012 in Amsterdam.

The committee organizing the congress and the Secretariat General have chosen the following working topics for the event:

            1. Mortgage foreclosures and registration

            2.  New technology and registration system organization: E-contracts.

The Dutch registrars in charge of organizing the congress have formed a scientific committee that will be contacting Cinder organizations and institutions shortly to call for papers and statements and to set the deadlines. This committee will also be ensuring the scientific quality of the congress’s documents.

The organizing committee will soon announce the launch of the congress web page, where you can register. Our Dutch colleagues are putting a lot of hard work and enthusiasm into preparing this event, and I invite you all to submit any suggestions you think might be helpful.

The XVII CINDER International Conference that will be held in Peru on October 11th - 14th, 2010 is now open.

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding the Seventeenth Congress of CINDER in the city of Lima, Peru, from 11 to 14 October 2010.

The Congress was accorded official recognition in a ministerial decision dated 27 March, which you can follow in this link. Securing official recognition is a necessary preliminary step that has delayed us in both announcing and starting up the Congress. Nevertheless, today, Monday, 12 April, the organising committee has finally been set up so that the registration period can be opened around 1 May.

We will soon be sending out the definitive list of topics and facilitating the exact information you will need to register, plus the programmes of activities for companions and Congress participants. Until we have readied the web page we’re designing (where you can sign up and, if you wish, have your trip organised and your reservations made for you), the following e-mail address is at your disposal:  deregperu@gmail.com.
