The Conference will deal with two subjects. The first one refers to the study of the property right and includes three sub-sections:

1. Creation, evolution and kinds of property right.
2. Social dimension of the property right: acquisition and boundaries.
3. Protection of the property right: systems and financial consequences.

The second one is titled property right and prescription.
